A slow Frame-rate can make the picture look edgy and jumpy, whilst a high Frame-rate allows the product to run smoothly and clear. File Compression:
Data Compression is used for the purpose of shrinking down files/folders into smaller data sizes for easier storage or faster downloading if posted on the internet. Mostly used for music or video game tranfers, "zipped" files make the whole process of obtaining a certain program or addon much faster and easier i.e. a file can be compressed to a folder around the size of 500kb.

Streaming:
A common method for transferring data as a steady and continuous stream that allows quick viewing of a video or picture product. Although easy to view and enjoy, the acutal product cannot be downloaded by traditional means, and in most cases, will require the user to obtain it in a different format i.e. one that has been unpload as a download.
